All transactions, including Premium upgrades and advertising credits, are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD) via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal).

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our traffic routing and advertising services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless legally required.

4. Service Availability & Delivery

While we utilize highly reliable routing systems (including 302 redirects for Premium users and iFrame delivery for Standard users), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Similarly, we do not guarantee the continuous uptime or availability of our AI chat support agent.

5. AI Chat Support Services

urlrotator.co provides an automated AI chat agent to assist with platform guidance and support queries. While we strive for helpfulness and accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI agent cannot form binding agreements, issue refunds, or make authoritative policy decisions on behalf of urlrotator.co. You agree to independently verify any critical information provided by the AI before acting on it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, urlrotator.co and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or revenue loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided by our automated support systems.
